SKGas 1.1

About

SKGas is an aid for reading your SaskEnergy gas meter and then estimatimating your next gas bill. You can take it with you while you read the meter, calculate your next bill on the spot, and email yourself the results.

SKGas remembers your last reading so you don't have to write it down, or dig out the last bill. SKGas also allows you to change the calculation constants provided on your SaskEnergy bill, to accommodate for future price adjustments.

SKGas is intended for use with SaskEnergy meters and accounts only. SaskEnergy is the gas provider in Saskatchewan, Canada. SKGas is not affiliated in anyway with SaskEnergy.

For rate changes or changes to provincial of federal tax rates, or if you would like to alter the set previous reading value, open theiPhone/iPod settings application and select SKGas.
The "Set" button stores the value in the current "Present Reading" field. When you next open the application to take a new reading, this value will appear as the "Previous Reading".
When upgrading from verison 1.0 to 1.1, the calculation may be incorrect on first launch. If it is, simply close SKGas, open the settings for SKGas then close it again. Now start SKGas again and it will work fine.
